Police DTV Training Facility
Our recent completed commercial refit transforming an old industrial building into a specialised Police Defence Training Facility. The project included a full internal rebuild, structural upgrades, and the installation of certified blast doors and a secure armoury fit-out.
The space was redesigned to meet strict safety and operational requirements, while still delivering a clean, functional layout for training and daily use. A challenging conversion, but the end result is a purpose-built facility that’s secure, durable, and fit for high-level training.
Exeter Retaining
Our recently completed landscaping and retaining project for one of our repeat clients on Exeter Pl. The job transformed a steep section into a usable, well-structured outdoor space with engineered retaining and fresh levels throughout. We built a purpose-designed entertainment deck positioned perfectly to capture one of the best views in Rotorua.
Solid structure, clean lines, and a finished space that’s now ideal for relaxing, entertaining, and soaking in that incredible outlook.
Te Akau Renovation
We recently wrapped up a renovation on Te Akau Rd that completely modernised an older home from the inside out. The project included a full re-wire, new plumbing, re-pitched roof with a full re-roof, and new double glazing throughout. We upgraded all insulation and refitted the interior to today’s standards.
The standout feature is a custom curved concrete staircase we formed and finished on site — now a real hero of the home. A solid transformation that’s warmer, safer, and built to last.
